Bran Knu Kustomz was founded by Brandon & Dijion McEachin in 2015. There Love for art and for kicks and wanting to keep them Clean led them to form Bran Knu Kustomz. A one stop shop for shoe cleaners, shoe accessories, and art!

1. Is this a secured site? Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection through PayPal.com.

2. When will I receive my order?  Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt.  Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email including tracking number assigned to your order.

3. If I entered incorrect shipping address and my package was returned, can you reship my order? Yes, once we receive the package, we will reship your order. However you must be willing to incur shipping and handling fees.

4. I never received my order, what should I do? In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

5. Does the Shoe Cleaner contain any harmful dyes? No, our cleaner does not contain any dyes whatsoever.

 6. What causes "yellowing" on sneakers? Midsoles made from synthetic rubber and/or plastic actually bleed plasticizer and coalescence, which over time react with the natural alkaline in soils and turn the sole yellow. UV rays can accelerate this process.

 7. What type of payments do you accept? We accept PayPal as payment.

 9. Is it safe to use on suede and/or nubuck? If so, how do I clean suede? Yes, when applied properly, our product is safe and very effective on suede and/or nubuck. 

NOTE: Due to suede's textured nature, open pores, and various grades, it can be somewhat unpredictable. We recommend that you test in an inconspicuous area first. We do not recommend cleaning dyed suede, as dyed suede is likely to bleed from any contact with water. Individual results may vary, use at your own risk.

10. What is Bran Knu Shoe Cleaner made of? Bran Knu Shoe Cleaner is a proprietary blend of all natural ingredients. The product is environmentally friendly and produced with all green friendly methods.

 11. How much do customs cost? The prices are listed with the customs offered. Other than what is listed on this site, the price of customs range in regards to the amount of detail necessary. The longer the shoe takes, or the amount of materials necessary directly effect the cost. Payment Due Up Front.

 12. What types of designs can you do?We can do most any design you would like completed. Just run it by me prior to your order and I will let you know. Email me at [email protected]

 13. How do I order? You can order directly through the website if the design you want is currently posted. If it is not, please email [email protected] and I will invoice you directly through Paypal.

14. How Long will Customs take? All orders take 2 - 3 weeks to be completed. The more orders we get the more time customs may take. 

15. Do I need to send in my own pair of shoes? You don’t have to. I can purchase the base shoe for you as necessary and this will speed up the time for your custom to get completed. Cost of the base shoes is added to your custom fee. If you want to send in your own shoe please notify me ahead of time for shipping instructions.

16. Do you ship international? No

• While Bran Knu  Shoe Cleaner is completely all natural and non toxic, it is a cleaning product. With shoes, there are literally hundreds of types, materials, fabrics, colorways, and variations to account for. We strongly encourage you to test Bran Knu Shoe Cleaner on a small, non visible area of your shoe before applying in large quantities. The cleaning process may react different to different materials, dyes, and/or combinations, the way any cleaning product would. Exercise caution before proceeding, especially on expensive or collectible sneakers. By using the product, you assume all liability in accordance with the above. There are No Refunds and No Warranties

·         Although are sneakers are fully wearable, All Custom Sneakers should be considered Art. You will be wearing this art at your own risk. There will not be any more work done to a pair of shoes once shipped to the customer.

·         Each order is handmade to the order specifications once it has been placed. We have already put the time, labor, and materials into fulfilling your order. Therefore, Unfortunately we do not offer Refunds or Warranties on Custom products. However, if there happens to be an issue with the order on our end, like a faulty product, or if you ordered the wrong size. We can happily make an exchange for you! Thanks 

·         Each order is handmade to the order specifications once it has been placed. It generally can take up to 2 weeks from the time the order is placed, until it arrives at your doorstep. We do usually try our best to get all orders out before then.

During holidays and busy seasons shipping can take up to 3 weeks from order to doorstep.
